Lifesquare Leadership Initiative (LLI) is a global organization dedicated to creating lasting solutions that enhance quality education and expand innovative opportunities. We collaborate with private, public, and international partners to develop curricula, toolkits, and courses; conduct evaluations; and provide expert advice on capacity building, professional development, training, and technical assistance. LLI is also committed to promoting entrepreneurship, conducting comprehensive research, and advocating against the victimization of women in society.
In partnership with the United Nations International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC), LLI actively supports the Sustainable Peace Education agenda.
Beyond our efforts in youth and women’s development, LLI takes a holistic approach to improving educational access and quality. We design programs that foster professional growth, innovative thinking, diplomacy, leadership, and capacity building. Our initiatives include online training, marketing strategies, and workforce development to empower the next generation of leaders.

With expertise in areas such as education, youth and women development and learning, LLI collaborates with private, public and international Partners to create, deliver, and evaluate programs, services, and products. This work includes: Providing access to quality education by organizing programs that would benefit youth and women through trainings and Professional Development Creating resources such as curricula, toolkits, and online courses that offer engaging learning experiences Applying expertise in capacity building, professional development, and training and technical assistance To work for uplifting the status of women in the society
Providing policy advisement, information documents, and research and analysis Conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to inform our programs and assess their impact To help and generate training programme for self-employment of women and educated unemployed people and to work for adult education To provide shelter and facilities for old people, children and disabled persons for their welfare. To organize forums, educational seminars, camps etc. for spreading good living habits, moral values, and methods of developing self-confidence and acquiring more knowledge etc. and to create centres throughout the country for the above activities. To raise funds through collection, donation or subscription and other means and invest money or incur expenditure in such manner that shall promote the attainment of aims and objectives of the NGO. To fight against female victimization of girls /women by anyone in the society.
